Yes, free cancellation up to 24 hours before the ride. Within 24 hours we charge 50% of the fare; no charge if the flight is cancelled by the carrier.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time from the number provided at booking. Up to 60 minutes of airport waiting time are included, at no extra cost.
How do I pay for the ride?
We currently accept payment to the driver (cash or card). Card payment at booking via Stripe will be available soon.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, child seat or booster available on request, at no extra cost. Please note it in your booking or message us on WhatsApp.
Are the prices really fixed?
Yes. The price you see at booking is the final one: no surcharge for traffic, night, holidays or flight delays.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 24 hours in advance. For last-minute requests (even a few hours ahead) contact us directly on WhatsApp: we always do our best to accommodate you.
